Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Qualifications 2023-003 “ARPA Project No. 5 – Waterline Extension Project (Mangana Hein Road to the South Fire Station)” to the highest-ranking respondent, Ardurra Group, Inc., for engineering services for the design of approximately 500 linear feet (approximately 0.095 mile) of a waterline extension from the main water distribution line off Mangana Hein Road to the new upcoming Southern Fire Station in accordance with Texas Government Code – Professional Services Procurement Act and with the Code of Federal Regulations §200.318 - §200.327 (General Procurement Standards) and to further authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional service agreement and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Engineering services are required to proceed for the design of approximately 500 linear feet (approximately 0.095 mile) of a waterline extension from the main water distribution line off Mangana Hein Road to the new upcoming Southern Fire Station.

Solution: Consideration to accept the rankings and award to the highest-ranking respondent.

Result: If approved, authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional services agreement to include any federal contract provisions required.
