Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Qualifications 2023-005 “ARPA Project No. 10 – Waterline Extension Project (Mangana Hein Road & Cuatro Vientos Road Intersection to La Presa Community Center and park located at 1983 Mangana Hein Rd., and future site of Southern Fire Station)” to the highest-ranking respondent, Ardurra Group, Inc., for engineering services for the design of approximately 5,280 linear feet (approximately 1 mile) of a waterline extension from the main water distribution line off Mangana Hein Road and Cuatro Vientos Road intersection to connect to La Presa Community Center and Park located at 1983 Mangana Hein Road and future site of the Southern Fire Station in accordance with Texas Government Code – Professional Services Procurement Act and with the Code of Federal Regulations §200.318 -§200.327 (General Procurement Standards) and to further authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional service agreement and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Engineering services are required to proceed for the design of approximately 5,280 linear feet (approximately 1 mile) of a waterline extension from the main water distribution line off Mangana Hein Road and Cuatro Vientos Road intersection to connect to La Presa Community Center and Park located at 1983 Mangana Hein Road and future site of the Southern Fire Station.

Solution: Consideration to accept the rankings and award to the highest-ranking respondent.

Result: If approved, authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional services agreement to include any federal contract provisions required.
