Discussion with possible action to approve the filling of the following new slot (grant-funded), subject to any applicable Civil Service Guidelines effective January 23, 2023 for the Drug Court Program:

New Slot	Assistant Case Manager	$19.23 (grant funded)

Issue: A new full-time grant position was created and subsequently approved by SAMHSA to provide support and case management services to eligible participants of the Webb County Veterans Treatment Program.

Solution: Request authorization by the court for the posting of this position subject to the availability of payroll (grant) funds and any applicable Civil Service Guidelines.

Result: Filling of new full-time slot will help augment the work of the Webb County Veterans Treatment Program.
