Report from The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Head Start based on results obtained during Focus Area Two (FA2) monitoring review of the Webb County Commissioners Head Start Program from November 14, 2022 to November 18, 2022. The program was found to be in 100% compliance with performance measures and progress toward program goals.

Background:

The FA2 review allows the Office of Head Start to understand how programs are progressing in providing services in the 5-year grant cycle. The report includes information about the grant recipient's performance and compliance with the requirements of the Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS) or Public Law 110 - 134, Improving Head Start for School Readiness Act of 2007.

Focus Area One (FA1) report was presented to the Court on June 22, 2020.
