Discussion and possible action to approve a lease agreement between Webb County and Enterprise Fleet Management Inc. (TIPS #190402) for a 48-month term at a monthly lease rate of $1,115.35 for one (1) 2023 Ford Transit-350 15-Passenger Van to be assigned to the Ladrillito Community Center and in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Subchapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 & 271.102 and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1130-001-469001-005 (Operating Lease Principle)]

Issue: The Ladrillito Community Center is requesting one (1) fifteen (15) passenger van for operational use. Currently, the Center does not have any County owned/leased vehicles to provide transportation to the Webb County residents that wish to utilize the center on a daily basis.

Solution: Consider approving a leased vehicle with a preventive maintenance option for a 48-month term. Availability of this specific vehicle is estimated to be delivered between March – April 2023. Vehicle is already built and available for lease.

Result: If approved by Commissioner Court, lease vehicle will be ordered immediately.
