Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order #1 in the amount of $23,552.00 to ROMO Contractors, LLC., for the Webb County Casa Blanca Golf Course Improvements Project with additional action to transfer funds from Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 (Operational Reserve) and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #7100-7230-001-470000 (Capital Outlay)]

Issue: Change Order #1 includes materials and installation of four (4) ceiling fans as requested by Webb County. The work also includes ADA ramp and additional concrete work as required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR). The new date of Substantial Completion will be April 30, 2023.

Solution: Approval of proposed changes.

Result: Approval of change order will continue and finish with project modifications.
