Discussion and possible action to enter into a Consulting Agreement for tax abatement agreement services with Capex Consulting Group for a five (5) year period, beginning April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2028, wherein each tax abatement application will be authorized through a separate work authorization with a fee not to exceed $30,000 at no cost to Webb County and to be negotiated per authorization and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
