Discussion and possible action to approve an amendment to the Software License and Professional Service Agreement between Webb County and Tyler Technologies in order for Webb County to acquire a license and professional (Project, Technical, & Implementation) services for the implementation and use of the "Enterprise Justice Attorney Manager (Prosecutor)" software program by the County Attorney's Office in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Two Dollars ($177,832.00), with further approval to transfer ($177,832.00) from account #3866 Interest Income Fund, and authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any matter incident thereto. Issue: County Attorney is in need of a new Prosecutorial Management Software in order to conduct its business in prosecuting juveniles as the current software no longer receives service support and the software has not been updated since 2013, which poses cybersecurity.

Solution: Approve an amendment to existing Software License and Professional Service Agreement with Tyler Technologies in order for Webb County, through the County Attorney's office, to acquire a prosecutorial software for the County Attorney's Office in order to conduct their business.

Result: Will allow County Attorney's Office to utilize new prosecution software.
