Planning staff recommends approval (ID 12614).

Background:

Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose is to re-plat 10.01 acres, more or less, into a commercial tract that is located in the Rancho Peñitas West Subdivision. There are no proposed public improvements.
