Discussion and possible action to approve a lease agreement between Webb County and Enterprise Fleet Management (TIPS #190402) for a 48-month term at an annual cost of $55,236.60 for three (3) leased Police Interceptor vehicles to be assigned to the Webb County Constable Pct. 1 Office and to further authorize the fifty percent (50%) aftermarket equipment payment not to exceed $35,973.00 in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Subchapter F. Issue: On March 13, 2023, Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to seek pricing for the replacement of three (3) County owned units (units 14-35, 14-32, and 14-38).

Solution: Consideration to approve the proposed lease rates to include the aftermarket cost for police equipment. 50% of the aftermarket cost is required to be paid upfront, remainder will be worked into the 48-month term lease rate.

Result: If approved, the Purchasing Agent will process the order.
