(“Consultant”) wherein Consultant will be providing development and design services, right-of-way mapping, schematic, environmental, traffic studies, geotechnical, PS&E and bridge design for the Hwy 59 and Hwy 359 Connection Project in an amount not to exceed TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED AND SEVEN THOUSAND AND FOUR DOLLARS ($2,707,004.00) and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
