Discussion and possible action to enter into an architectural services agreement with PDG, LLC. d.b.a. Heckenkemper Golf Course Design for the redesign of the portion of the Casa Blanca Golf Course that is to be taken by TXDOT as part of the expansion of Loop 20 in the amount of THREE HUNDRED AND SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTY SIX DOLLARS ($306,836.00) and Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($48,900.00) for Supplemental Services (Surveying)and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

Background:

TxDOT has announced the taking of approximately 9 acres of the golf course, the services to be provided by this consultant will redesign section of the golf course to ameliorate the effects of the taking.
