Discussion and possible action to authorize the reclassification of Slot #2084 from Assistant County Attorney to Assistant County Attorney II. and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: The County Attorney's Office is currently short-staffed and in need to fill this position.

Solution: The reclassification of slot 2084 currently classified as Assistant County Attorney, Grade 22 position to Assistant County Attorney II, Grade 23 position will resolve the issue above.

Result: The Webb County Attorney's Office will be able to obtain a larger pool of applicant.
