Discussion and possible action to enter into a Two (2) year (September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2025) Non-financial Inter-local Agreement for E9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Point Services with the City of Laredo as administrator for South Texas Development Council (STDC) which is a regional planning commission. Webb County is a local government that operates Public Answering Points (PSAP) and assists in implementing the strategic plan as approved by the commission, there will not be an impact on the county budget, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
