Discussion and possible action to approve Amendment No. 3 for the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) to Contract Number #34210003698 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for FY-2021. This Amendment will delete and replace Exhibit A. Budget with the newly attached Exhibit A. All the remaining terms of the Contract shall be and remain in full force and effect as therein set forth and shall continue to govern.

Issue: Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has awarded Amendment No. 3 to Contract Number #34210003698 under the (LIHWAP) Program.

Solution: The court approval will allow Webb County CAA to provide emergency assistance to low-income households of Webb County under the LIHWAP program.

Result: These funds are intended to assist eligible Webb County residents with prevention of disconnection and restoration of water services.
