Discussion and possible action to enter into a professional services agreement for engineering services with Top Site Civil Group, LLC for the design construction documents and construction administration services to remediate/repair damage to the: (1) county utility’s effluent line at terminus of Centeno Lane Rio Bravo, Texas and (2) the drainage channel outfall structure north of Rio Bravo, Texas at a cost of Seventy Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars ($73,565.00) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Background:

The county utility’s effluent line at terminus of Centeno Lane Rio Bravo, Texas and (2) the drainage channel outfall structure north of Rio Bravo have been damaged due to errosion and need to be repaired.
