Discussion and possible action to enter into a Professional Medical Services Agreement between Webb County on behalf of its Headstart/Early Child Headstart Program and (P.I.L.L.A.R.) for the children enrolled in the programs. This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which PILLAR will be providing the medical services such as physical exams, hearing, vision and blood pressure screenings for the qualified children enrolled in the program. This agreement shall be for a three year (3yr.) scholastic year term commencing September 1, 2023 thru August 31st, 2026, in accordance with the medical service treatment fee rates on attached Exhibits “A&B”, subject to annual budgetary appropriations; and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
