Issue: Slot #0267 became vacant on August 31, 2023. This slot may be filled from within, thus, creating a vacant attorney slot.

Solution: Request is being made to post and fill the vacant 2nd Assistant Public Defender slot (#0267), and to post and fill any remaining vacant attorney slot created by promoting from within.

Result: This action will allow our department to promote from within and fill the remaining vacant slot, and will allow us to continue to function efficiently and effectively.
