Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2023-010 "Hybrid Integration & Audio Video System for County Courts to the highest-ranking respondent, Audio Dynamics, Inc., in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Section 262.030 (Alternative Competitive Proposal Procedure for Certain Goods and Services) and to further authorize the General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract/agreement and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Webb County Commissioners Court approved this project to be funded under the American Rescue Plan Act. Two (2) sealed proposals were submitted in response to the RFP solicitation.

Solution: All firms were evaluated and scored accordingly. Consideration to accept the rankings and award to highest-ranking respondent.

Result: If approved, authorize General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the professional services contract/agreement.

Background:

On June 26, 2023; item no. 15, the Webb County Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to advertise a Request for Proposal for a Hybrid Audio/Video System for the Webb County Courtrooms.
