Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for Requests for Qualifications for Professional Services for the Market Value Appraisal of two (2) properties know as 1401 Guatemozin and 603 N. Loring for the Webb County CAA – Meals on Wheels and Elderly Nutrition program in accordance with the Texas Government Code; §2254 (Professional Service Act) and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Properties being proposed for FMV appraisal are being recommended for the future site of Meals on Wheels and the Elderly Nutrition Department Facility. This is an ARPA supported project.

Solution: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to secure statement of qualifications for the professional services being requested by CAA – Meals on Wheels Division.

Result: If approved by Commissioners Court solicitation will be initiated.
