Discussion and possible action to enter into a vendor agreement between Webb County on behalf of the Webb County Pre-Trial Services Department and Consumer Safety Technology, LLC., a limited liability company, as “Vendor” to provide ignition interlock devices, portable alcohol testing devices and associated DWI/DUI prevention services for offenders identified as indigent to the department. This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which “Vendor” shall be providing these devices to the department for a one year (1yr.) term commencing October 1, 2023 thru September 30th, 2024, see itemized costs on attached Exhibit “A”, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
