Discussion and possible action to authorize the increase in change fund for the Webb County Tax Office for the amount of $2,900 as per Local Government Code 130.902 and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Mini-Vault Funds have diminished due to new teller boxes being opened, which are funded from the mini-vault. This causes for mid-day change runs, and at times, during our busiest days/hours, causes a disruption in our work flow.

Solution: Commissioners Court approves the increase of change fund for our department.

Result: Authorization of a change fund increase will allow our department to have the necessary currencies ($1.00, $5.00, $10.00 and Coins) on hand to issue to our tellers when needed when payments are taken in cash, and ability to create new teller boxes.
