Discussion, possible action and presentation to adopt the Webb County ARPA Project 0006- First Time/Replacement Private On-Site Sewer Facilities Program Guidelines, authorize the County Judge to execute all necessary documents and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

ARPA funds have been allocated to assist colonia residents with the installation or remediation of Private On-Site Sewer Facilities. Proposed guidelines are necessary in order to determine fund eligibility of colonia residents.
