Issue: 1st draft received from WebbCAD in July 2022 estimated a lower amount for Webb County dues for FY 2022-2023. Increase was reflected in November after the budget adoption. Line item is short to process the final quarterly payment.

Solution: Process line item transfer to finalize payment request.

Result: GRP to WebbCAD will be complete.
