Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement between Webb County for the benefit of the Webb County Sheriff's Office and Marc Mero, as the motivational speaker at the Drug Free Concert on October 18, 2023, at the "Sames Auto Arena" located at 6700 Arena Blvd., Laredo, Texas 78041, in the amount of NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($9,000); and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. This will be paid through forfeiture funds; and, thus, there is no impact to the general fund. [Requested by Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar; Account #2150-3010-001-455501 (Drug Free Campaign)]
