Discussion and possible action to establish, by Order of the Webb County Commissioners Court, a reinvestment zone to be known as El Molino Solar Reinvestment Zone, located approximately 50 miles from Laredo in eastern Webb County north of Bruni; directing a proposed Tax Abatement agreement be prepared; authorizing the publication of all required notices as per statute and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

A reinvestment zone must is required before a tax abatement agreement may be approved.
