Discussion and possible action to accept the in-kind charitable donation of the “Surface Estate” of Lot Numbers 1 & 2, Block 121, Western Division, Laredo, Webb County Texas, located at 920 Houston St., from the Fernando Salinas, Jr., Trust, to Webb County, Texas, for any Webb County uses and/or “public purpose uses only” and approving the naming any future Webb County facility or building located thereon in honor of Fernando A.
