Discussion and possible action to ratify an Interlocal Agreement between Regional Public Defender Office Local Government Corporation (RPDO) and Webb County to provide court-appointed counsel for individuals charged with capital murder offenses for the fiscal year 2023-2024, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Seven ($109,927.00) per year; and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; with additional action to approve the budget amendment of $40,000 from the operational reserve; and any other matters incident thereto.
