Discussion and possible action to approve a One (1) year Professional Service agreement between Webb County (for the benefit of the Adult Drug Court Program) with Recovery Monitoring Solutions (RMS), to provide continuous alcohol monitoring, breath-alcohol testing and/or drug patch services commencing September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. Services will include various services at a cost of Six Dollars ($6.00) to Eighty Dollars ($80.00) depending on the application of the SCRAM CAM, SCRAM CAM via Ethernet, Blood Alcohol Testing, and Participants will also directly pay the vendor for damages to RMS equipment; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
