Discussion and possible action to appoint a new Commissioner to the Webb County Civil Service Commission due to a vacancy; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by the Civil Service Commission (Section 1 of the Webb County Civil Service Rules and Regulations)]

Issue: Mr. Rodolfo "Rudy" Morales III has resigned from the Civil Service Board due to other commitments that will strain his time to perform his work as a Senior Attorney with the City of Laredo and LISD Board Member.

Solution: Appoint a new individual to the Civil Service Commission for the unexpired term as per Civil Service Rules and Regulations.

Result: Have a Complete Board.
