Discussion with possible action to authorize an incentive supplementary pay to Slot #8827 (Elections Computer Systems Coordinator) in the amount of $423.08 per pay period or $11,000 for the remainder of the fiscal year; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue:
Slot #8827 has assumed additional duties within the Elections Office but Elections Office does not have an Incentive Supplementary line item.
Solution:
Paying Slot #8827 an incentive through the Emergency Management Department will allow the slot to be paid a supplement while the position is reviewed by the salary committee.
Result:
Allow Slot #8827 to be compensated for additional duties within the Elections Dept.
