Discussion and possible action to authorize by order a line-item transfer from American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Revenue Replacement line item to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) line item in the amount of $147,708. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters thereto. No impact to the general fund.
Issue:
Webb County has a surplus of $352,292 in funds available through the Non-Government Order (NGO) line item. In order to enter into an agreement with NeighborWorks, $147,708 needs to be transferred from ARPA Line Item to NGO Line Item.
Solution:
Transfer $147,708 from ARPA line item to NGO line item to increase the budget to $500,000 thus being able to enter into contract with NeighborWorks.
Result:
NGO budget will increase to $500,000.
