Discussion and possible action to enter into a OCDETF Agreement Waiver in an amount of Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($5,625.00) with the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency and Webb County for the benefit of the Webb County Sheriff's Office for the performance period of (July 1, 2023 - September 30, 2023, being FY 2023), said agreement (Operation "BP") will provide additional funding needed to close out the FY 2023 balance for task force duties and overtime reimbursement payments to Webb County; authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto. [Requested by the Webb County Sheriff's Office, Fund #2600 and Fringes Fund 2150]
