Discussion and possible action to establish, by Order of the Webb County Commissioners Court, a reinvestment zone to be known as Webb County Seven Flags Bess Reinvestment Zone 1 on approximately 5 acres located approximately 2 miles east of Cuatro Vientos Boulevard and approximately twelve hundred feet north of Eistetter Road (a/k/a Wormser Road); directing a proposed Tax Abatement agreement be prepared; authorizing the publication of all required notices as per statute and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

A reinvestment zone must is required before a tax abatement agreement may be approved.
