Discussion and possible action to enter into a OCDETF Agreement in the amount of Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($20,707.50) with the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency and Webb County for the benefit of the Webb County Sheriff's Office for the performance period of (October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024, being FY 2024), said agreement (Operation "FS") will provide funding needed for task force duties and overtime reimbursement payments to Webb County and the Webb County Sheriffs' Office will cover and estimated Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) in fringe benefits from its State Forfeiture Account; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto. [Requested by the Webb County Sheriff's Office, Fund #2600 and Fringes Fund #2150]
