Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Laredo for a five-year period to refer Webb County Drug Court candidates to the City of Laredo Drug Court Based Substance Use Treatment Program funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for detox services and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Requested by City of Laredo and Judge Tano Tijerina, no effect on County Budget]
