Discussion and possible action to enter into a professional services agreement with Armko Industries, Inc., to prepare a building envelope assessment (including the Roof and Parking Garage) of the New Webb County Sheriff’s Office (formerly H.E. Butt Grocery Store) in an amount not to exceed Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($8,500.00) with mobilization to occur within two weeks of execution of the agreement and 45 days to complete the assessment report and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Background:

An overall analysis of the building envelope is proposed to further determine the condition of the parking garage and roof system.
