Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to add one (1) new cellular telephone line, including data service in accordance with the current AT&T FirstNET Plan to the Webb County Engineering Department pursuant to Section 271.101 and 271.102, Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing program DIR Agreement TELE-CTSA-002 at a monthly rate of $40.99, plus surcharges and other fees; and subject to annual budgetary appropriation; and have the County Judge sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Cellular is needed for new Director to ensure the daily communication with staff, county officials, and others as needed after hours and on weekends in order to respond to any emergency.

Solution: Approval will ensure that Director is in full communication.

Result: Director will be able to respond to any calls on a daily basis.
