Discussion and possible action to authorize the sale of one (1) Sig Saur P320 (Asset #31742) to retired peace officer Ezequiel Mancha in the amount of $321.00 pursuant to the Texas Government Code; §614.051 (Purchase Of Firearm by Honorably Retired Peace Officer) and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Criminal Investigator retired.

Solution: Consideration to authorize the sale to a retired peace officer in accordance with Texas Gov. Code requirements.

Results: If approved, revenue from the sale will be recorded to the state forfeiture fund, and removed from Webb County’s controlled asset records.
