Discussion and possible action to approve Change Orders No. 2, 3 & 5 in the amount of $66,122.96 for Quantcorp Construction LLC for the Webb County Detoxification Facility Project; and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #3902-7230-001-474501 (Construction in Progress}

Issue: Requesting change orders to replace an exterior gas line so that the building can have hot running water, apply exterior wall moisture prevention and approve contract extension time which will increase by eighty-seven (87) days. The new date of Substantial completion will be January 25, 2024.

Solution: Approval of change orders by Commissioner Court.

Result: Approval of change orders will continue and finish with project modifications.
