Issue:
Funds are needed for the manufacturing of a covered carport for the secured area where County vehicles are stationed & scheduled for auction.
Solution:
Consideration to authorize the requested line item transfer to cover the low bid secured for the requested carport/improvements.
Result:
The proposed carport will provide a shaded work area and protect employees from heat exposure during the hot months. Total auction revenues collected for FYE 2023 were $314,752.32 and total auction revenues collected online since FY 2017 total $2,095,296.96.
