Subject:

Discussion and possible action to approve the execution of the "Webb County Fairgrounds – Promotion Management Services Agreement" with sole proposer G&G Promotions, as per prior award of (RFP) 2023-0002, for a two year (2yr.) term commencing November 20, 2023, as per the terms and conditions set forth therein; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant document and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: One (1) sealed proposal was submitted in response to this public solicitation for promotion management services at the Webb County Fairgrounds facility.

Solution: Consideration to approve the execution of the "Webb County Fairgrounds – Promotion Management Services" agreement with sole proposer G&Gm Promotions, as per prior award of (RFP) 2023-002.

Result: If approved, they will begin operations on November 20, 2023, upon approval of the service agreement by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
