Discussion and possible action to enter into a Master Contract for Environmental Assessment Services with each of the following firms: Alpha Terra Engineering, Inc, Terracon, and Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. to selected on an "as needed" rotation basis for various projects, each project will be covered by a separate work authorization and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
