Discussion and possible action to approve the annual payment for membership dues for Meals on Wheels America. The membership dues is in the amount of $250.00 for the period covering January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. [Account #2025-5320-521-464010 (Dues & Memberships)]

Issue: Membership will continue to provide the information needed for new funding opportunities, to be part of the new COVID-19 Resource Center and the Member-only platform, Meals On Wheels Connect, that can be used to lean on one another for support, guidance and pep-talks.

Solution: Obtain court approval as required.

Result: By providing funding, leadership, education, research and advocacy support, Meals on Wheels America empowers its local member programs to strengthen their communities, one senior at a time.
