Discussion and possible action to approve the carry over budget of $415,700.33 for Contract #58930004003 for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program Emergency Supplemental from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Fund Account #2365-5150-521 and Account #2365-5360-521. The Contract started on January 1, 2023, and shall end on March 31, 2024. [Requested by Community Action Agency]

Issue: Year and end balances must be carried over and entered into New World in order to continue the availability of these grant funds for the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program.

Solution: Approval of budget allowing for carryover of year-end balances for C.A.A.

Result: Continued availability of State grant funds.
