Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit Request for Qualifications for a civil engineer to develop plans and specifications for the parking lot improvements to the Webb County Fairgrounds.

Solution: Recommendation is to consider approval to accept the rankings and award to the highest ranking firm.

Result: If approved, the Civil Legal Division will proceed with preparation of a professional service agreement for the awarded services as directed by commissioners court.
