Issue: Webb County Commissioners Court previously authorized the Purchasing Agent to secure Statement of Qualifications for these professional services on 11/13/2023.

Solution: Consideration to award to the highest ranking firm and accept all rankings.

Result: If approved, the Civil Legal Department will negotiate the terms, conditions and applicable fees for Commissioners Courts approval for the professional services requested.
