                Slot 239 Civil Litigation Supervisor (Grade 25)
                   to 
                Slot 239 Assistant Civil Division Attorney (Grade 27)
 
Issue: The following position was transferred at a lower grade and needs to be revised to match the duties and responsibilities of a similar attorney position already in the department.
 
Solution: Approve the proposed changes to have updated position.
 
Result: Ability for department to hire an attorney necessary for the department to function adequately.
