Discussion and possible action to approve the execution of an upgraded Field System Software Maintenance, Warranty and Oracle sublicense Support agreement between Webb County and VOTEC Corporation (VOTEC Election Management and Compliance Systems) in the amount of Fifty-three Thousand Six hundred Twenty Dollars and Ninety cents ($53,620.90) with the Oracle sub-license, plus the sum of Fourteen-Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Dollars with zero cents ($14,920.00) for the Field System Software Support for a combined total of Sixty-Eight Thousand Five hundred Forty Dollarsand Ninety cents ($68,540.90). The payment is for the October 1, 2023 thru September 30, 2024 fiscal year support coverage period, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents: and any other matters incident thereto.
