Issue: Installation of drainage crossings A, B & C were not installed following construction plans. An evaluation is necessary to determine if as-built conditions can still satisfy the intent of the design.

Solution: Provide professional engineering services to address as-built drainage crossings A, B and C. Please refer to attachment for scope of services.

Result: Inspection of drainage crossings to confirm proper installation.
